Parker's henchman Roy has successfully abducted Jayesh Gandhi. During the chase, the SOT captures Parker. Bank Manager Ramakant is worried about Jayesh Gandhi's statement in court while Jignesh Parekh is not affected at all. Meanwhile Carla decides to surprise Shrikant at his flat.
