Biography
Carlos Guimarães de Matos Jr. is a publicist, economist graduated from PUC/RJ, film director and producer and in recent years dedicated to communication on WEB 2.0. He has always been linked to the communication area. In the past he was President of the Instituto Nacional do Cinema, Director of Embrafilme, Producer of Cinema International Corporation (Paramount, Metro and Disney). He was Founder and President of the Gramado Film Festival and President of the first Congress of the Brazilian Film Industry. For 20 years he was the owner and director of the Agency "Publicidade Artis e Promoções Ltda" in RJ. Today he works, in Belo Horizonte, with film production and internet communication.
